The Ops Collective is a women-led people-centered consulting firm supporting social impact organizations to take care of their internal systems so they can activate meaningful change externally.
We crafted a progressive, lively brand to embody their collaborative approach to create change from within. As an effort to move away from the corporate look, a stylish workmark with playful elements were created to make the brand authentic and approachable. Our collaborator Ardea Creative provided a human-focused touch to their brand messaging and website copy.

Anjuli made the environment comfortable for us. We were never fearful of giving feedback because she was always receptive and understanding, while also doing her best to keep us on track. Her comfort with feedback is what allowed us to get to an end product that we are all proud of.
